   me and my 6 other friends were actually on our way back to singapore but there was a very heavy traffic in bangkok that jam cost us about 1 and a half hour thus we missed our flight.so we decided to go to baiyoke suite hotel to stay overnight.we booked 2 rooms the other of my frens continue their stay at amari watergate where we stayed previously.the front desk senior manager was so rude saying other people who are not hotel guests are not allowed to go up even to help us put our bags?!!!their attitude was so bad that when my frens wanted to leave the hotel the guards followed my friends as if they did something wrong!they even scolded my friends stupid!!!!when my friends heard that they were so pissed off and scolded back too!!!after putting our bags our friends complained to us we went back to the senior manager and said we wanted to check out and to void our payments.my friends confronted the other staff saying why are they so rude then one of the staff came walking put of the counter real fast as if he wanted to beat my friend up they stared at eachother for a few sec then my firend said why u want to beat me?come la if u dare then the staff repeated saying the same thing?!!!!can u imagine how rude thay are?he even scolded us the fxxx word like fxxx u fxxx your mother and stupid so on...we were really very pissed off the hotel staff is a hooligan!!!!and u know what the senior manager did?he just do nothing!!!!!i would never go to baiyoke suite hotel again!!!!i here by warn all the people please do not go to BAIYOKE SUITE hotel!!!!!the service sucks!!!!attitude problem!!!who know what will happen when u stay overnight there?i have never seen anything like this in service line ever in my life!!!!!i used to stay there 3 years ago it wasn't so bad but now?!!!u pay me to stay there i also won't!!!people used to say it used to die alot of people before as there was a fire break out...i stayed there last time its really scary...hair keep standing...worst of all is the service there!!people pls be careful the staff there will scold u vulgarities!!!!even the senoir manager would just sit there and do nothing!!!!i even had it recorded in my hp video!!!!

   people never go to BAIYOKE SUITE HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!! they threatened to beat us!!!!the staff there are gangsters!!!!!
