Some of those advertised bathing beaches are in such a sorry condition, that a trip or stopover there would not only leave shabby memories but also pose health risks to beach enthusiasts. I am not talking here about semi-dirty &quot;wild&quot; stretches of beach between 2 fishing communities, but beaches that are to be found on every roadmap sold in Thailand.<br />To offset this rather negative report a bit, I will simultaneously publish another report here, featuring some true dream beaches that I came across during my decade in Thailand.<br />All shown pictures in this report do not show untidy beaches after a storm, but beaches where weeks or months of total negligence have accumulated heaps of trash and objectionable amounts of other waste materials.</p><p>The Top scoring eyesour is undoubted the Beach at Bang Saen, Chonburi. Repeated visits in 2007, 2008 and 2009 have proven that the condition there is chronic and not just the result of a few unlucky tides that brought waste materials here! Yet still there are hundreds or thousands of Thai schoolchildren ferried here by bus or train daily to play in the dirt, many of those are getting their first sight in life of a Thai beach!<br />But see for Yourself, what I am talking about here:</p><p><img src="http://www3.picturepush.com/photo/a/1445781/640/1445781.jpg" /></p>
